I've also been thinking about travel, adding some historical perspectives:

There are lots of ways to look at the experience of travel!

Happy T day to you and your friends and family. Appreciate your serious focus on anger and loneliness, noticing life in our beautiful bodies and how we sense.

How we sense is the path to how we make sense of our lives together.

Are our tech masters programming us? I'm not sure they have figured out how to control us every minute. But I'm angry at how high school students sit at bus stops and look at their phones while surrounded by other kids. And they don't learn to communicate with each other.

.

I'm an old fart at 70, and I've had the first 40 years of life without digital programming. But I wonder where the wise women and men are who are talking about non harm ahimsa when kids have no space to daydream, they are never alone.

And it's killing us

I'm listening to this conversation on loneliness with a couple of other wise men. Good food for thought on this holiday on how to hold our intelligence.

I'm going to miss our current Surgeon General.
